Biei Farm Café & Shop

Biei Farm Café & Shop, famous for its soft-serve ice cream made from fresh raw milk, offers a taste of nature and food unique to Hokkaido.
The dairy products using freshly squeezed milk from ""Biei Farm,"" which raises dairy cows on pasture, are exceptional.
Drinking yogurt, rusks, puddings, etc. are recommended as souvenirs.

Shirogane Blue Pond

The "Blue Pond," which became a topic of conversation when Apple adopted it as one of its Mac wallpapers, is a mysterious spot representative of Biei.
The Blue Pond is an artificial lake created when river water accumulated in a weir during the disaster prevention work on Tokachi-dake Mountain.
The vivid cobalt blue water and dead larch trees create a fantastic atmosphere, and you can enjoy different expressions from season to season.

Whitebeard’s Waterfall

Shirohige-no-taki Falls, located in the Shirogane hot spring resort area, was named after the underground water seeping out of the rocks and flowing down, resembling a white beard.
In winter, the waterfall is lit up together with the nearby blue pond, creating a fantastic sight.
The sight of the Biei River splashing in the same cobalt blue as the famous Blue Pond is breathtaking.
